AgroTrace is the national traceability record for subsidised fertiliser. It follows each consignment through warehouses and licensed dealers to registered farmers, and flags diversion and cross-border smuggling as it happens.

Bag-level identity

Every subsidised bag carries a unique scannable code, readable offline by dealers on basic Android phones.

Verified custody chain

Each hand-off is signed, time-stamped and GPS-stamped, producing an audit trail that stands up to review.

Diversion detection

Volume anomalies, impossible routes and border geofence breaches are escalated to the command centre.
